Amy Zavatto is a contributing editor to Imbibe magazine and is the author of Architecture of the Cocktail, The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Bartending, The Hedonist Guide to Eat NY, and co-author of The Renaissance Guide to Wine & Food Pairing with Tony DiDio, She holds an Advanced Certificate in Wines & Spirits from the WSET in London. Amy lives, eats, and drinks in New York City. Her favourite drink is a Manhattan.
