J.A. Maloney is one of the principal architects of residential mortgage lending in the United States having spent the past 31 years originating home loans. He has a degree in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He is a five handicap golfer, married and has two children. Amazingly, and against all odds, he continues to live in Santa Barbara, California.
