Helen Stephens is the author of the multi award-winning journal Bump to Birthday – pregnancy and first year journal, and the popular gift book Mum to Mum – pass it on. Both titles are published by from you to me limited.Bump to Birthday is available in UK English, US English, Spanish and Catalan languages.Born and bred in South Wales, she now lives in South West England with her partner and daughter.
