Ross Oar has many years of woodcarving experience. He not only instructs and attends woodworking shows but also carves commissioned pieces ranging in size from three inches to five and a half feet high and depicting all aspects of life. His other skills include leatherwork, engraving, forging, bead work, scrimshaw art and metal-casting and he is also the inventor of the Oar Sharpener and other patents.
