Dr. Ross Hays, MD, is Associate Professor of Rehabilitation Medicine and Pediatrics at the University of Washington School of Medicine, and Associate Director of Rehabilitation Medicine at the Children’s Hospital and Medical Center in Seattle, Washington.

Kraft, MD, is Director of the Multiple Sclerosis Clinical Center, Director of the Multiple Sclerosis Research and Training Center, and Professor of Rehabilitation Medicine at the University of Washington Medical Center.
