The second edition of this book has been thoroughly updated to cover new developments in the field and includes new diagrams and end-of-chapter exercises. Author Biography
B.S. CHALK is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Computing, Information Systems and Mathematics at South Bank University, where his interests include neural networks and concurrent systems. ROBERT HIND is a freelance computer consultant and also teaches part time at Cavendish College London. He previously had many years teaching experience at the University of East London. ANTONY CARTER is a Senior Lecturer at Anglia Polytechnic University. He teaches computer systems, networking, project management and high-level programming.
