To help myself, I extracted the meat of a rule or principle from common law cases and jurisprudence, excerpting the text that will give the elements and exceptions. I created mnemonics to aid recall. This is my technique. It saved me time — and it could save yours. In this edition, I added mindmaps to help organize thoughts.
