Keyboard disconnects randomly and will lock my mouse up. Would ask for my money back if I hadn't thrown out the box. "I loved this keyboard for the first week I had it. It’s keystrokes are amazingly responsive and smooth and the build quality is superb. But it’s what’s inside that is the issue. This keyboards hardware is disgustingly unreliable and the “ICUE” software is even worse. While gaming, the keyboard would freeze and infinitely output the last input until I unplugged and plugged it in again. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software, updating the firmware, and very thing. I even got a replacement keyboard, hoping that it was just an issue with mine. But the exact same issues arose. Needless to say, I won’t touch another Corsair product again, as I’ve had multiple brand new Corsair headphones fail on me in the past. Despite all this, mighty apes customer service has been wonderful. DONT SUPPORT CORSAIR PLEASE!"
