Neil Sturgess lives in Somerset with his wife and three daughters. Having written poetry from time to time and seen the enjoyment his daughters got from rhyming picture book stories, Neil had dreamt of writing one of his own. Cricket Our Great Summer Game is his breakthrough rhyming picture book, aimed at introducing and explaining to children the game of Cricket, something he has enjoyed watching, listening to and playing over the past three decades.
