Author Biography
Chip Zdarsky became well-known as the artist of the award-winning Sex Criminals and the writer of Kaptara, both from Image Comics. Howard the Duck was his first Marvel series, soon followed by books including Marvel 2-in-One and Peter Parker- The Spectacular Spider-Man. Now one of the leading writers in comics, Zdarsky has wowed readers with his Daredevil run; limited series such as X-Men/Fantastic Four, Spider-Man- Life Story and Spider-Man- Spider’s Shadow; and creative covers including his “How to Draw” variants.
Marco Checchetto’s early contributions to revivals of Marvel Comics Presents and Squadron Supreme revealed him as one of the industry’s top new talents. Checchetto has made his mark on both the Marvel Universe – with runs on Amazing Spider-Man, Daredevil and Punisher – and a galaxy far far away with Star Wars- Obi-Wan and Anakin and the post-Return of the Jedi thriller Journey to Star Wars- The Force Awakens – Shattered Empire.
Rafael de Latorre is a Brazilian comic book artist. In 2017, he was nominated as “Best Artist or Penciller” on both the Ringo Awards and the Russ Manning Promising Newcomer Award. He worked on Kelly Thompson’s Black Widow before breaking out as the illustrator on Daredevil- Woman Without Fear, which saw Elektra take up the mantle.
