G. K. Beale (PhD, University of Cambridge) is professor of New Testament and biblical theology, Reformed Theological Seminary, Dallas, Texas. D. A. Carson (PhD, University of Cambridge) is emeritus professor of New Testament, Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, Deerfield, Illinois. Benjamin L. Gladd (PhD, Wheaton College) is executive director of the Carson Center for Theological Renewal with The Gospel Coalition. Andrew David Naselli (PhD, Bob Jones University; PhD, Trinity Evangelical Divinity School) is professor of systematic theology and New Testament, Bethlehem College and Seminary, and lead pastor of Christ the King Church in Stillwater, Minnesota.
