Author Biography
Melony Abigail Tidmore, a 15-year-old resident of Atlanta, Georgia, is a passionate ballet dancer who has been devoted to promoting physical health, diversity, and inclusion through dance. Her advocacy journey began at age 12, when she helped her grandmother recover from joint replacement surgeries using movement and dance. Inspired by this experience, Melony extended her support to senior citizens across Georgia. In her debut book, she emphasizes the importance of physical health for children, aiming to inspire young readers to embrace a balanced, active lifestyle that nurtures both body and mind.
