Author Biography

Sue Deagle is a veteran c-suite exec, mother and widow rewriting the story of loss and vibrant living at The Luminist. Prior to her retirement from corporate America in 2024, Sue spent 30+ years with the U.S. military, visiting and working with servicemen and women from Romania to Jordan, Greenland to Kuwait. She is an obsessive reader and an avid walker who lives in Northern Virginia in a modern-day treehouse with her two young adult children.
