Dr Chintal Patelwrites a cookery blog where she shares quick-and-easyrecipes and also contributes to various publications, including BBCGoodFood.She has run cookery classes for adults and children, both privatelyand at Waitrose Cookery School, and develops recipes for selected foodbrands.
