Author Biography
Robert H. Lee, PhD, is emeritus professor in the Department of Population Health of the School of Medicine at the University of Kansas. Previously, he worked at the University of North Carolina, the Health Policy Program of the Urban Institute, and the Brookings Institution. He has published more than 50 articles on healthcare economics.
