Gül Hacer Toruk, Sandrine Monlezun and Xanthoula Dakovanou sing these Balkan stories in polyphony, in their own way or the way of their ancestors, mingling vocal improvisations with entirely new arrangements. They take us on a journey from Epirus to Turkey by way of Macedonia, Bulgaria, and the Black Sea.
