Author Biography
Jon Emch is a senior technical lead for ArcGIS Enterprise in Esri Support Services. Jon has been working on troubleshooting ArcGIS Enterprise through technical support since 2017. He holds a degree in geography with a minor in GIS from Virginia Polytechnic Institute.
Diana Muresan is a product engineer on the geodatabase software development team at Esri. Diana received a BA and MS in geomatics from Babeș-Bolyai University in Romania and a MEng in civil engineering and GIS from University of Colorado, Denver. Travis Ormsby is a principal technical lead on Esri’s Training Services team. Travis has a BA in anthropology from Grinnell College, an MA in teaching from the University of St. Thomas, and an MGIS from the University of Minnesota.We are committed to protecting your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act and working with our suppliers to assist with warranty claims.
