Author Biography
KA-HO MOK is Associate Dean in the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, and Convener in the Comparative Education Policy Research Unit at the City University of Hong Kong. He has a strong interest in comparative education policy and governance research and has published extensively in the field of comparative education and policy studies, in international journals such as Comparative Education Review, Comparative Education, International Review of Education, Higher Education Policy, Governance, Policy and Politics, Policy Studies and Public Administration and Development. – ANTHONY WELCH is Associate Professor in the School of Policy and Practice, Faculty of Education, University of Sydney. He has a strong research interest in international education and has published extensively in the field of international education and comparative education. Recent publications have appeared in internationally refereed journals such as Comparative Education Review, Comparative Education and the International Review of Education.
