After leaving the Walsh River in Far North Queensland in 1997 (see Book one Over the Next Hill), the five of us-my wife Angela and our three children-took residence in Lismore, in northern NSW, Australia. During these ten years, after completing high school, our three children left home: first, Ruben in early 2001, for Sydney; then our second boy Zenith went into the navy in July, the same year; finally, Miriam went to the Catholic University in Sydney to attend a three years nursing training courses, in the year 2003. Between the years 2002 and 2003, we sold our first home in Lismore Heights, went to Europe for a couple of months; and then returned to Australia. Three months after our return in Lismore, we purchased another house in East Lismore. s today, 2007, we have our home on the market and ready to move, somewhere…near Sydney, where our three children live.
We are committed to protecting your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act and working with our suppliers to assist with warranty claims. Products sold by Mighty Ape will be covered by a Manufacturer's Warranty for at least a one-year period from the date of purchase.
Your warranty will cover any manufacturing defects which, if existing, will present themselves within this warranty period.
Your warranty will not cover normal wear and tear, faults caused by misuse, and accidents which cause damage or theft caused after delivery. Using the product in a way it is not designed for will void your warranty.
