Christy Schmid Fregien was born and raised in Madison, WI and has lived in Waukesha, WI for the past twenty-three years. She is happily married and has three amazing children and one adorable, yet mischievous dog. She works (very) part-time as a physical therapist assistant, loves cheering on her favorite Wisconsin sports teams (especially her daughters’ volleyball teams), and enjoys walks in the woods, playing tennis, sitting by the campfire or indoor fireplace, fishing, and spending time with family and friends. He Knew is her first children’s book. She hopes you find that this faith-inspired book is a great example of how God has a plan for us all.
