"Because they have a rim at the bottom. So unless you have a very flat mug or a metal cup then it doesn’t work very well. Cute design and makes me want Oreos."

"This Cup Warmer only heats up the very centre of the cup and doesn't keep any drink warm. I have tried using different kind of cups and mugs and nothing seems to work. It may delay it from getting cold by an extra 20 seconds before your drink is frozen and u have to refill."
