Author Biography
Cossie Hussey grew up between her large country farmhouse in the Scottish Highlands and her family’s seaside retreat in East Sussex. Her privileged upbringing instilled a passion for food and helping raise chickens on the farm mean she’s an expert in all things cock. She’d been shooting game with her father since she was a young girl and learned the art of cooking cock from her mother – actress Ophelia Hussey. After finishing a degree in the history of art, Cossie returned to her true love of cooking, opening a small restaurant in Notting Hill. How To Eat Cock is her first cockery book.
