Author Biography
Kay Maddox-Daines has worked in higher education and professional development for over 20 years. She has taught, assessed, quality assured and managed CIPD programmes. Something of a ‘pracademic’, Kay balances her research and teaching with consultancy in order to keep abreast of rapid changes in the people profession. Kay is a Visiting Fellow at the University of Suffolk, Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, Fellow of the Staff and Education Association and a Registered Career Development Professional with the UK Career Development Institute.
