San Franciscobased H. James (Jim) Wilson (HJamesWilson) is Managing Director of Information Technology and Business Research at Accenture Research. He is the coauthor of What’s the Big Idea? Creating and Capitalizing on the Best Management Thinking (Harvard Business Review Press).
