As a mother of three small children, Kari Holloway understands the balance between allowing our children to interpret the world through their own experiences with the urge to insert our experienced viewpoints as parents. With the Illumination Leadership Series for Children, Kari’s goal is to provide a foundation of core leadership principles to assist as guideposts for a child’s journey through these years of first experiences. Kari ‘s background includes a combination of leadership roles within Fortune 15 companies, along with educating children and adults in the importance and opportunities of leadership. She holds a PhD with specialization in the field of Leadership.
