David’s idea for the album was to follow in the mould of Bob Dylan’s ‘The Basement Tapes’ or The Band’s ‘Music From Big Pink’, with the band transplanting themselves to a unique location to get a special sound. But don’t be fooled by the small budget, the strength of the songs is what’s on display here.
