In April Veirs will release her first live album worldwide on her own label Raven Marching Band (distributed by RedEye). Her band of rapscallion NYC and London-based friends recorded the album over two nights in March 2023 at the Owl Parlor in Brooklyn, NY.
“I love these musicians. I’ve played with some of them for two years and some for over 20. We met up last spring at Figure 8 Studios in Brooklyn and rehearsed for one day before recording this album at the nearby Owl Parlor on March 29 and 30, 2023.
