Author Biography
French aviator and author, Antoine de Saint-Exupéry was born in Lyon, France, in 1900. He received his pilot’s license in 1922, around which time he also began to write. His adventures as a pilot became the inspiration for his literary endeavours, which culminated with the publication of his classic fable Le Petit Prince (The Little Prince).
