"Shifter I got was faulty possibly wiring, I could only shift into 2 gears. Went straight to customer service, had to do some proofing but it was polite and Direct with all help on the problems. Got a replacement same week(2 days) ASAP even when they had no available stock. Great service, great delivery reason it's 4-5 star."
