Andy Breakspear and Rachel Brakespear run the OsteoPilates clinic in Buckinghamshire and are passionate about enabling people to live pain free. Andy is a graduate of Structural Engineering and Osteopathy and has always been interested in how things work. Rachel has spent 35 years working and teaching Movement Therapy for people to be able to live free of back and joint pain.
