Russell A. Barkley, PhD, is a clinical professor of psychiatry at the Medical University of South Carolina, and an international expert on ADHD. Dr.Barkley is a clinical scientist, educator and practitioner whose publications include 22 books, rating scales and clinical manuals. He has published more than 275 scientific articles and book chapters related to ADHD, and in the founder and editor of the clinical newsletter, The ADHD Report, now in its 23rd year of publication.
