Manchurian American

Manchurian American is the personal tale of Yupin Wang, who was born in Northeast China (Manchuria) in the 1930s. He is a witness to the Japanese invasion of China and brutal civil wars, an escapee to Taiwan, and an accidental American who came to the United States in the 1950s and made it. Author Biography

Yupin Wang was born in Manchuria, Northeast China. He published short stories and articles during his youth in Taiwan and performed in Chinese Opera. He earned degrees from Taiwan, Oklahoma State, and New York Universities and served as an executive at IBM and Xerox. He resides in New York City.
