Author Biography
Ned Hartley (Author) Ned Hartley is the writer of the Marvel Museum, an illustrated history of Marvel comics. His other books include The Ladybird Big Book of Dead Things, Albert Einstein: A Graphic History, Paperscapes: The Jungle Book and a small fleet of Star Wars annuals. Ned also writes Bananaman for the Beano comic every week. He lives in London with his wife and two children, and is still amazed that you can make a living by knowing far too much about comic books. He has not been bitten by anything radioactive. Yet.
Jensine Eckwall (Illustrator) Jensine (pronounced JEN-sen) Eckwall is based in New York City, where she lives with her partner and two dogs. There, she graduated from the School of Visual Arts. Jensine’s work appear in books for both children and adults, and she works in ink, gouache, animation and with digital tools. Her interests and influences include folk art, horror movies, electronic music and psychology. Her work has been recognised by the Society of Illustrators, American Illustration, International Motion Art Awards, Spectrum Fantastic Art, 3×3 and the Chesley Awards.
