I have over two decades of massage therapy experience. My practice had its humble beginnings in my home. Working from home, though, was more complicated than I had pictured in my head! Soon enough, I transplanted my fledgling operation to a rented room. Success quickly beckoned, so I leased my own space and expanded the business by hiring staff. Over the years of owning and managing a massage therapy practice, I’ve discovered through trial and error, how to pilot a successful enterprise. Admittedly, one of my greatest challenges was mental fatigue. At one point, my drive and enthusiasm cooled to crippling ennui. In addition to demotivation, burnout became a steady, unwelcome companion. I needed some kick-in-the-butt stimulation, and that came in the way of new services, new techniques and new marketing approaches. My passion is creating business success. I’ve been mentoring individual businesses and companies for over 10 years.
