Howard S. Abramson is also the author of Hero in Disgrace: The True Discoverer of the North Pole, Frederick A. Cook. Formerly an editor at The Washington Post, Bloomberg News, and The Journal of Commerce, Abramson is currenly publisher of Transport Topics Publishing Group in Arlington, VA.
