In this belly-laughing picture book, follow a very proud peacock named Paul as he tumbles down to earth from his treetop penthouse and learns to appreciate his helpful and caring friends. Paul has everything. He has the biggest nest, the most loyal friend, and of course, the most beautiful feathers in the forest. But as you can guess, he’s not the humblest of birds… In fact… Paul is a selfish, rude and arrogant peacock who isn’t very nice to his friend Norris the Loris and the other animals in the forest. Author Biography
Tilly Matthews completed an MA in illustration at Nottingham Trent University, and now freelance illustrates alongside working part-time at Nottingham Trent. She has her own range of prints and products under the brand Teshley Designs, and is now focussing on her picture books. After graduating, Tilly worked as a designer at Ladybird Books before going freelance in 2020 to focus on her illustration career.
