Author Biography
Paul McCollum is a Salesforce technical architect at Accenture. He is an original computer prodigy who started programming in the 2nd grade, about 20 years before that became commonplace. Exposed to disruptive technology and the earliest practices of Enterprise Architecture, Paul has continued to work at distilling emerging technologies into their base concepts to communicate, map, and share. Over the past two decades, he has focused even more on the human side of the equation with UX and Learning. Paul loves sharing technology patterns with user groups and events, and has established himself as a leader, collaborator, and educator.
