Prized Possession

There is Earth. And then there is Aezerahn.

Born with the rising of the first moon and the rising of the first sun, the land of the dead mirrors the age of the human world.

Alas, no world can thrive without a ruler, and so fate stretched its fingers and plucked up three. The reigning princes of the deadened land would forever be known by the whispering humans, their lives told and retold, their mere existence one with the greatest of legends.

Yet, where the way of their world was so unending, chaos struck the moonlit sky, and fate changed the course of the future.

Now, as fury ripples through the fabled land, Earth falls victim to Aezerahn’s wrath, and as death, souls, and shadows of the afterlife prowl the human streets, time is not so forgiving when bodies begin to disappear.

When one woman escapes just in time, she will learn that not everything is as it seems, and when her world flips upside down, she will come to understand that this is only the beginning.

However, the rulers still roam freely between the land of the living and the land of the dead, and so the question remains:

Whatever shall come of Aezerahn?
