Maddie Lock has followed the success of her award-winning book Ethel the Backyard Dog with this trilogy of adventures about her own dog Sammy, a feisty Jack Russell Terrier. Her passion for dogs, along with a desire to foster the love of reading in children, has been her inspiration to write stories that delight early readers.
