Dr Idrees Mughal (Dr Idz) is an NHS doctor with a master’s degree in nutritional research and is board certified in lifestyle medicine. Dr Idz gives educational workshops and lectures to various schools, universities, hospitals and health institutes across the UK, as well as working on several research publications in the medical and nutrition fields. Since January 2021 he has posted videos on his TikTok, Instagram and Facebook accounts (dr_idz) to help his followers combat some of the most damaging and unscientific lifestyle advice available online.
