Author Biography
Dr Smail Khennas is a Senior Energy Specialist with ITDG. He is the author of several books on rural energy in developing countries. He has been working for more than 25 years on energy in developing countries Hugh Piggott runs his own successful windpower business. He has organized several courses on wind energy particularly for the Centre for Alternative Technology. He advises small companies and organisations in the UK and abroad on small-scale wind power systems. Simon Dunnett has worked for many years as a researcher for ITDG. He is now an independent consultant in wind energy.
