Dana Neacşu, Ph.D., Director, Duquesne Center for Legal Information & Associate Professor of Legal Skills, and Adjunct Professor at Barnard College, has published monographs, translations, and articles on law and society, including The Bourgeois Charm of Karl Marx & the Ideological Irony of American Jurisprudence (Brill, 2019).
