After spending the summer months writing and work-shopping in locations around Wellington, the new 13-track album has once again been recorded with Dr Lee Prebble at The Surgery studio in Wellington. Solid Ground is the follow-up to The Black Seeds third album Into The Dojo, which spent 5 weeks at #1, reached well over double-platinum sales in New Zealand, and garnered critical acclaim and strong airplay both at home and in Europe. Joined for the first time on an album by trumpet player Andrew Christiansen and keyboardist Nigel Patterson,Solid Ground has come on the back of 2 years of extensive New Zealand and international live touring, resulting in a constantly evolving, 8-member creative process.We are committed to protecting your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act and working with our suppliers to assist with warranty claims. Products sold by Mighty Ape will be covered by a Manufacturer's Warranty for at least a one-year period from the date of purchase.
Your warranty will cover any manufacturing defects which, if existing, will present themselves within this warranty period.
Your warranty will not cover normal wear and tear, faults caused by misuse, and accidents which cause damage or theft caused after delivery. Using the product in a way it is not designed for will void your warranty.
