Author Biography
Miriam B. Schiffer is a New York–based writer and children’s book consultant. She co-authors the children’s book review column ‘The Reading Chair’ in Young Children, a journal of the National Association for the Education of Young Children. Miriam lives with her husband and twin sons in Brooklyn. This is her first book for children. Holly Clifton-Brown was brought up in the English countryside where she loved to look at the pictures in books. She has illustrated several books for children, including Annie Hoot and the Knitting Extravaganza and How to Be a Ballerina. She lives in London.
