Author Biography
Jayde Nicole is a plant-based entrepreneur and cofounder of Sugar Taco. Nia Gatica Campos is a self-taught vegan chef and cofounder of Sugar Taco. Alan Campos is a first-generation Mexican American chef and an owner of Sugar Taco.
