Takom: 1/35 Flammpanzer 38(t) – Model Kit
This is an injection-plastic military vehicle model kit.
The Type 38 flamethrower tank was developed for use in the Line Defense Operation in December 1944. Main guns and other equipment were removed from 20 Hetzer tanks, and 700-liter fuel tanks and radiators were installed. They were organized into the 352nd and 353rd Armored Flamethrower Squadrons, and were put into action during Operation Nordwind in January 1945. There were also two other tanks that were modified from recovered Type 38 tanks, which became equipment for the Czech Army after the war.
This 1/35-scale model kit from Takom features main hatches that can be built opened or closed; the crawler track is link-and-length type. Photo-etched parts and clear parts are included, as are decals for four versions. Please note that a figure is not included. Place your order today!
