This is an injection-plastic military vehicle model kit.
This kit builds into a set of a 16-ton gantry crane and a V2 rocket! The Strabokran crane was used by German field maintenance teams during WWII for tank maintenance and repairs; it was also used for V2 rocket launch preparation. The V2 rocket was the world’s first military liquid fuel ballistic missile, converting the A4 rocket developed by the German Space Travel Association, which first flew in 1942, into a practical weapon.
Includes photo-etched parts and decals for 6 marking variations. The crane can be assembled in working condition or transport mode; all wheels rotate freely. Figures are not included.
