Frances M. Andreasen, DDS, Dr Odont, is a Research Associate at the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Center for Rare Oral Diseases, University Hospital of Copenhagen, Denmark.
Lars Andersson, DDS, PhD, Dr Odont, is a Professor of Oral Maxillofacial Surgery at the Department of Oral Maxillofacial Surgery and Oral Medicine, Malmö University, Sweden.
