Author Biography
Cesar Saenz, a Professor at ESAN University, Peru, is a researcher on the business-community relationship aimed at creating shared value and gaining the social license to operate. For over a decade, Saenz has been researching and systematizing best practices so that companies can improve their contribution to society. He also developed the Ark software to design shared-value projects (visit: arkofbiz.com).
