ARIA award winning Australian music legends MELBOURNE SKA ORCHESTRA have recorded their 8th studio album “The Ballad Of Monte Loco”. This album is inspired by the rebellious spirit and instrumentation that loomed large in much loved Spaghetti Western films from the 60’s and 70’s. The June 26 release co-incides with a World tour kicking off in Canada in the first week of July.
Bom Bom Bom is the 3rd single and is the rebel anthem we didn’t know we needed… until now. Born on a dusty trail somewhere between Spaghetti Western chaos and ska-fuelled defiance, this track kicks open the saloon doors with a big brass swagger and a lyrical call to arms. It’s about truth, unity, and pushing back when the charade gets too loud. We channelled that raw energy—the kind that makes you want to rise up, dance hard, and shout louder.
